Okay first you are going to crop your picture (if you don't want just leave it like that it would be the same) and I sharpened mine.

Then duplicate your base layer and set it to screen, opacity at %45

Next make a new selective color layer (layer>new adjustment layer> selective color) and set the settings to mine
Reds: -24 +8 +72 +93 Whites: +4 -2 +2 +63 Neutrals: +66 0 0 0 Blacks: +100 +19 +27 +76

Now we are done, next you will make a new fill layer with this color #161616 and set it to exclusion opacity %100
And bang you are done !
